By purchasing a ticket to Farmland Adventures, you agree to the following terms:

All Sales Are Final: Tickets are non-refundable but are valid during any 2025 open hours. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to confirm dates and times of operation before visiting.

Assumption of Risk: Participation in farm activities involves inherent risks. By entering the property, guests accept responsibility for their own safety and the safety of minors in their care.

Waivers Required: All guests must complete a signed waiver before entering. A parent or legal guardian must sign for any minors.

Group Requirements: To qualify for a group discount, your group must arrive together and pay in a single transaction. Groups that select to pay after the event commit to pay for the number of people tallied by Farmland Adventures staff within one week of the event.

Restricted Items: For the safety of our guests and animals please leave any pets, smoking devices, alcohol and costumes at home or in the parking lot.

Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

Farm Etiquette: We reserve the right to remove any guest for behavior that is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive to others or animals.

Attraction Availability: Activities and attractions are subject to change or close temporarily due to weather, maintenance, or other factors.
